Location was excellent and reception staff were generally helpful and pleasant. The staff in the bistro were cheerful and attentive.

The room was comfortable, great location for what we needed on that stay in Edmonton, the staff were very helpful and I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety eg. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and more and different pastries.

Easy downtown access ans was walking distance to my business meetings.

We've been updated from studio to family suite, that was unexpected and very pleasant: a lot of room, huge dining table with beautiful wooden chairs, very clean and decent design all over the apartment. Very pleasant stay.

It was hot in the suit. We have to keep all windows opened and it was noisy. The staff told us, they have to keep the winter hit schedule for the whole building, otherwise it'll be too chilly in some rooms.

I liked that the hotel was central and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and I liked that I had a kitchen there. I took advantage of the gym but did not have time for the pool.We would definitely stay again. Sarah

The staff was great . The hotel is currently doing a lot of renos. Excellent location, accross the street from LRT.

the location was in very close proximaty to where i was attending a course and loved the fact t's right across from "The Bay" LRT station.

Location was excellent and parking was included in rate. Rooms included kitchen, fridge etc

Continental breakfast could have been more comprehensive.

The room was spacious, the queen bed was comfortable, it was nice to have 2 tv's.

The room smelt awful, there was a very stale smoke smell, the carpet and couch both had either food or vomit on them and we spent some time cleaning it as best we could, the air conditioning was very noisy and not very efficient, as was the bathroom fan, and the twin beds had mattresses that were uncomfortable. Several pieces of the crockery were unclean and we had to wash them before we could use.

room was smealling of smoke and when we told this, nothing was done.

I enjoyed the pool as well as the kitchen access and the contenantal breakfast, Most of the staff were very mannerable and plesant.

Me and my other guest went to the pool and there was no one else there other then the maintanance man. We enjoyed the pool, however, were a little unnereved that he decided to stay and watch us. I found that rude and uncomfortable. I will not recommend the hotel for this reason.

I liked the front desk staff. they really made a special point in going the extra mile for you

If I would have asked about how to use a/c it would have been a bit more comfortable. Getting into the hotel parking was a little tricky especially when someone is behind you.

The hotel was great value for money. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we stayed in the family suite which was perfect for our needs. The hotel was undergoing renovations - it was pretty old, but everything was clean, plesant and functional. A great example of "you get what you pay for" in the best possible way.

The room is great - so nice to have a full kitchen, it's nice and roomy, windows that open for fresh air, and it looked like the room had been recently updated.

This wad our second time staying here. We really enjoyed the stay and loved the fact that there is a mall two blocks away. It is also very easy to find the hotel from anywhere because you just have to follow the city center signs.
